1. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping (Within 24 Hours)
You may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as it has not shipped. Refunds are processed within 48 hours.
After Shipping
Once shipped (often after 24 hours), the order can’t be cancelled directly. Please refuse the package upon delivery and contact us immediately. After we receive the return, we will process your refund (shipping costs may be deducted).
2. Return Window & Conditions
Return Window
30-Day Return Policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return.
Item Condition
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made products, clearance/sale items, or items marked “Non-Returnable” are not eligible unless defective.
3. Return Process
Important
Do not send your return to the sender address on the package. Please contact us first for the correct return warehouse address.

Authorization & Instructions
We respond within 24 hours on business days with return instructions and the correct return address.
Ship It Back & Provide Tracking
Ship to the address provided and email us a valid tracking number within 5 days after shipping the return.
Refund Processing
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
4. Return Reasons & Fees
A. Quality Issues / Defective Products
Contact us with photos/videos. BDFHYK covers return shipping. We’ll offer a full refund or a free replacement after confirmation.
B. Wrong Item Ordered / Change of Mind
Customer covers return shipping. We refund the product cost only. Original shipping is non-refundable; for “Free Shipping” orders, actual outbound shipping may be deducted. Items must be in resalable condition.
C. Shipping Damage
If the package is visibly damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately. If already accepted, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
D. Incorrect Item Received
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. BDFHYK covers shipping to exchange for the correct item or provides a full refund.
