BDFHYK offers delivery to the contiguous United States.

International

We currently do not offer delivery outside of the United States.

US Territories & States

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, or Marshall Islands.

Address Types

We do not ship to US Protectorates, PO Boxes, mailboxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with these addresses may result in delays or cancellation.

Estimated Arrival Date

Dates shown are estimates based on transit data, package size, and carrier times. Actual delivery may be affected by weather, flight arrangements, or other external factors. Please refer to your tracking link for the most accurate date.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.

Action Required

If you receive a damaged part, contact us immediately to avoid being charged return freight.

Time Limit

We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or incorrect parts reported after 90 business days, regardless of fault.

Terms

All purchases are FOB shipping point. This means the risk of loss and title passes to you once the carrier accepts the goods.

Lost Packages

We are not directly responsible for lost/stolen packages, but we will assist you in filing a claim.

Claims Deadline

You must contact us within two (2) full days of the carrier's estimated delivery date if not received. All claims must be filed within thirty (30) days of the shipment date.
