Where We DO NOT Ship:

International: We currently do not offer delivery outside of the United States.

US Territories & States: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, or Marshall Islands.

Address Types: We do not ship to US Protectorates, PO Boxes, mailboxes, or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed with these addresses may result in delays or cancellation.

Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details within 24 to 48 hours after shipment. If you cannot access your tracking info, please check again after 48 hours.

While most packages arrive on time, actual delivery may be affected by weather, flight arrangements, or other external factors. Please refer to your tracking link for the most accurate date.
⚠️ Damages & Risk of Loss
Damaged Shipments: Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.

Time Limit: We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or incorrect parts reported after 90 business days, regardless of fault.

Terms: All purchases are FOB shipping point. This means the risk of loss and title passes to you once the carrier accepts the goods.

Lost Packages: We are not directly responsible for lost/stolen packages, but we will assist you in filing a claim.

Claims Deadline: You must contact us within two (2) full days of the carrier's estimated delivery date if not received. All claims must be filed within thirty (30) days of the shipment date.
