1. Inspection & Returns (First 30 Days)

You may request a refund or return within 30 days of purchase.

4. Warranty Void Conditions
The product will not be covered by our free warranty service under the following circumstances:
- Expiration: The product has exceeded its specific warranty expiration date.
- Improper Use & Damage: Damages caused by abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents.
- Installation Issues: Damages resulting from improper repair, maintenance, alteration, modification, or incorrect installation.
- Force Majeure: Damages caused by uncontrollable external forces, such as floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning, typhoons, etc.
