It came in a good protective packaging and arrived sooner than expected. The Seller is what I say is for sure trustworthy. It was time to get a new alternator for my wife's Ford and it took about 30 minutes to remove the old alternator and put in the new. Test drove it around and feels like it has more power, I noticed that the headlights are much brighter as well. It was quick and easy to install and works great. It fit in without any need for modification or fabrication of the mounting. It runs quieter than before and overall is a very good value. I feel it will keep the new battery going strong for a few years and is very good. Great quality for the right price. This is second alternator I have had on my car for last 12years. Fits perfectly in same fittings as OEM. It works as it should do far. Easy to put on. Nicely built unit and fit perfectly. I would have been stranded far from home. Had it changed out and on the road again in under an hour. If you are noticing corrosion on your negative battery terminal this can be an indication that your alternator is going bad and not returning a correct and even charge. Alternators are usually located on the front of the engine or where your serpentine belt is. They have two bolts and an electric connection. Easy repair. Runs quieter than before.

I installed this alternator in a 2016 Ford Fiesta and am really happy with it. The original alternator decided to start over charging the battery and when I tested it with my multi-meter, it was putting out about 14 volts at idle but around 17 volts when the engine was revved which indicated to me the internal rectifer/regulator had failed. I didn't want to spend a fortune at the dealer so I found this on Amazon and decided to order it. It came well-packaged and looked to be high quality. It was an easy install and I haven't had any problems since I put it in. This alternator was a great value and I recommend it.
