Building an LS swap or custom fuel system requires matching the hose material, actual inside diameter, fitting size, pressure range, and routing space—not just the AN label. This BDFHYK AN10 fuel line kit includes a 10FT CPE braided hose, six aluminum swivel hose ends in straight, 45-degree, and 90-degree configurations, and two separator clamps. The hose measures 0.53 inch (13.5 mm) ID and 0.79 inch (20 mm) OD, with 7/8-14 UNF AN10 connections and a 625 PSI working-pressure rating. Confirm the intended fluid, adapters, line length, heat exposure, and installation layout before ordering. This kit is not compatible with E85.

Connection and Hose Compatibility

• Hose construction: CPE inner tube with stainless steel braid reinforcement and a black nylon outer braid.
• AN10 connection: The included swivel hose ends use 7/8-14 UNF AN10 connections. Confirm the connection standard and sealing surface on every pump, filter, regulator, rail, cooler, tank, or adapter.
• Actual hose dimensions: The hose measures 0.53 inch (13.5 mm) ID and 0.79 inch (20 mm) OD. AN10 identifies the nominal connection size and does not guarantee the same inner diameter across every hose construction.
• CPE system: This is a CPE braided fuel line kit, not a PTFE fuel line. PTFE and CPE hose ends should not be treated as interchangeable.
• Routing options: Two straight, two 45-degree, and two 90-degree hose ends support different component locations and bend directions.

Fuel and Fluid Compatibility

• Listed applications include conventional fuel, diesel, race gas, engine oil, transmission fluid, vacuum, and hydraulic fluid when the complete system requirements match the hose specifications.
• Not compatible with E85. Select a hose with documented ethanol compatibility for an E85 or ethanol-heavy fuel system.
• Fuel formulation, additives, operating temperature, pressure, and service duration can affect compatibility. Confirm the intended fluid before installation.
• The completed line is limited by the lowest-rated hose, hose end, adapter, seal, and connected component in the system.

Before You Order

• This LS swap fuel line kit is not vehicle-specific. Confirm every pump, filter, regulator, fuel rail, tank, cooler, or component adapter separately.
• Verify that the AN10 connection size, 0.53-inch (13.5 mm) ID, 0.79-inch (20 mm) OD, 10FT length, and included fitting angles suit the required flow and routing layout.
• Use the 625 PSI value as the stated working-pressure rating. The 1875 PSI burst value is not the recommended operating pressure.
• This hose is designed for external fuel and fluid line routing. It is not intended for in-tank or marine applications. Choose a hose specifically rated for submersible or marine use for those installations.
• Confirm clearance around exhaust heat, sharp edges, steering parts, suspension travel, belts, fans, and other moving components.

Installation and Leak-Check Notes

• Relieve fuel or fluid pressure and work away from ignition sources before disconnecting or assembling lines.
• Cut the braided hose cleanly, remove all debris, and inspect the liner before installing each hose end.
• Do not apply thread sealant to the AN flare sealing surface. Inspect the flare seat and connection for scratches or contamination.
• Maintain at least the specified 101.6 mm bend radius. Avoid kinks, flattened sections, twisting, and side load at the hose ends.
• Support long runs with suitable clamps and use the included separator clamps where the routing layout allows.
• Prime and pressure-test the assembled system before starting the engine. Inspect every connection for seepage and check again after the first heat cycle.
