This BDFHYK AN6 PTFE fuel line kit includes a 10FT braided hose and six reusable swivel hose ends for external fuel routing. The hose has a 21/64-inch (0.328-inch) actual inner diameter, a 15/32-inch (0.468-inch) outer diameter, 9/16-18 UNF AN6 connections, and a stated 1500 PSI working-pressure rating. The PTFE liner is listed as compatible with E85, but every pump, filter, regulator, injector, seal, adapter, and tank connection must also be compatible with the intended fuel.

Installation and Leak-Check Notes

• Relieve fuel-system pressure and work away from ignition sources before disconnecting or assembling lines.
• Wrap the cutting area, cut the braided hose squarely, remove loose wire and debris, and inspect the PTFE liner before installing each hose end.
• Follow the fitting assembly sequence carefully so the PTFE liner and braid are captured correctly without folding, scoring, or separating.
• Maintain at least the stated 88.9 mm minimum bend radius. Avoid kinks, flattened sections, twisting, and side load at the hose ends.
