This BDFHYK AN6 PTFE fuel line kit includes a 20FT black nylon braided PTFE hose, ten aluminum swivel hose ends, insulation tape, and an installation tool. The hose measures 21/64 inch (0.328 inch) ID and 15/32 inch (0.468 inch) OD, uses 9/16-18 UNF AN6 connections, and carries a stated 1500 PSI working-pressure rating. The PTFE liner is listed for E85 and ethanol-blend fuel systems, but every pump, filter, regulator, rail, seal, and adapter must also match the intended fuel and operating conditions.

PTFE Hose and Connection Compatibility

Fuel and Fluid Compatibility

• The PTFE liner is listed for E85, ethanol blends, gasoline, diesel, and compatible automotive fuel-system applications.
• Selected lubricants and coolants may be suitable only when the fluid formulation, temperature, pressure, seals, and every connected component are confirmed.
• Do not assume that E85-compatible hose makes the entire system E85-compatible. Pumps, filters, regulators, O-rings, injectors, fittings, and tank components must also support the fuel.
• The complete line is limited by the lowest-rated hose end, adapter, seal, and connected component in the system.

Before You Order

• This braided fuel line kit is not vehicle-specific. Confirm each pump, filter, regulator, fuel rail, tank, cooler, and adapter separately.

• Use 1500 PSI as the stated working-pressure rating. The 4500 PSI burst value is not the recommended continuous operating pressure.
• PTFE hose is less flexible than many CPE or rubber hoses. Plan the route before cutting and maintain at least the specified 88.9 mm bend radius.
• This hose is designed for external fuel and fluid routing. It is not intended for in-tank or marine applications. For these uses, choose a hose specifically rated as submersible or marine-grade.

Installation and Leak-Check Notes

• Relieve system pressure and work away from ignition sources before disconnecting or assembling fuel lines.
• Wrap the cut area, cut the braided hose squarely with a suitable tool, remove debris, and inspect the PTFE liner before installing each hose end.
• Do not apply thread sealant to an AN flare sealing surface. Inspect every flare seat for scratches, contamination, or misalignment.
• Avoid kinks, folding, twisting, side load, exhaust heat, sharp edges, steering components, suspension travel, belts, and fans.
• Support long runs with appropriate clamps. Do not use the hose to support pumps, filters, regulators, or other components.
• Prime and pressure-test the completed system before starting the engine. Inspect every connection for seepage and recheck after the first heat cycle.
