Installation Notes & 4-Step Guide

Important: Compare the original radiator dimensions, hose sizes, mounting points, and engine-bay clearance before installation. Professional installation is recommended.

  1. Drain: Allow the engine to cool completely, remove the radiator cap carefully, and drain the old coolant into a suitable container.
  2. Remove: Disconnect the radiator hoses, overflow hose, fan or shroud components, and factory mounting hardware.
  3. Install: Compare the dimensions and connection points, transfer reusable brackets or cushions when required, and install the new radiator using the compatible mounting locations.
  4. Refill & Bleed: Reconnect all hoses, refill with the vehicle manufacturer-recommended coolant mixture, bleed trapped air, and inspect all connections for leaks.

After installation: Inspect the hoses, clamps, radiator cap, thermostat, cooling fan, water pump, and engine-bay clearance. Recheck coolant level and all mounting points after the first drive and again after the engine cools.
