4-Step Installation Overview

Safety First: Never open a hot cooling system. Allow the engine and coolant to cool completely before beginning service. Professional installation is recommended if you are not experienced with automotive cooling systems.

  1. Drain: Safely drain the existing coolant into a suitable container after the engine has completely cooled.
  2. Remove: Disconnect the radiator hoses, overflow hose, fan / shroud assembly as required, and factory mounting hardware. Carefully remove the old radiator.

My factory radiator was honestly terrible and I kept running into overheating issues, especially on longer drives. I replaced it with the BDFHYK radiator and haven’t had an overheating problem since.
