Restore and upgrade cooling performance with this direct-fit replacement radiator kit for select classic Ford Bronco and F-Series applications. Built around a 3-row, 44 mm aluminum core, the kit is designed to replace an aged, leaking, clogged, corroded, or damaged factory radiator while adding electric airflow support through the included cooling fan and thermostat switch. It helps maintain stable engine temperature during idling, low-speed driving, warm-weather use, light hauling, and classic vehicle cooling-system restoration.

Signs Your Radiator Needs Replacement
- The engine runs hotter than normal or overheats during idling, low-speed driving, climbing, or warm weather.
- Coolant leaks appear around the radiator, seams, hose connections, drain area, or lower corners.
- The coolant level drops repeatedly without an obvious hose leak.
- The original radiator shows corrosion, damaged fins, internal blockage, or weakened seams.
- Airflow is insufficient during idling or slow-speed operation.
- The temperature gauge fluctuates during city traffic, cruising, or classic vehicle use.
Replacing an aged radiator and improving low-speed airflow can help restore coolant circulation and reduce the risk of repeated overheating.
Key Features & Benefits
3-Row 44 mm Aluminum Core: The larger core provides increased cooling surface area and coolant capacity for classic truck and SUV applications.
Electric Fan & Thermostat Switch: The included components support controlled airflow during idling and low-speed driving where natural airflow is limited.
Classic Ford Fitment: Designed around CU433-style mounting and hose locations for compatible Bronco and F-Series applications.
Stable Cooling in Demanding Conditions: Helps support engine temperature during cruising, warm weather, traffic, light hauling, and restoration use.
Complete Cooling Package: Combines the radiator, customized cap, electric fan, thermostat switch, and instruction manual in one kit.
Installation Notes & 4-Step Guide
Important: Classic vehicles may have modified engines, brackets, pulleys, hoses, or electrical systems. Compare the original setup carefully and confirm fan clearance and wiring requirements before installation. Professional installation is recommended.
- Drain: Allow the engine to cool completely, remove the radiator cap carefully, and drain the old coolant into a suitable container.
- Remove: Disconnect the radiator hoses, overflow hose, fan shroud or existing fan components, and factory mounting hardware. Remove the old radiator carefully.
- Install: Compare the radiator dimensions and mounting points, install the new radiator, then mount the electric fan and thermostat switch according to the supplied instructions and available clearance.
- Refill & Test: Reconnect all hoses, refill with the vehicle manufacturer-recommended coolant mixture, bleed trapped air, verify fan operation, and inspect all connections for leaks.
After installation: Inspect the hoses, clamps, radiator cap, thermostat, water pump, wiring, fan direction, and fan clearance. Recheck coolant level and all mounting points after the first drive and again after the engine cools.
