Extended cranking, low measured fuel pressure, hesitation, intermittent stalling, or an inaccurate fuel gauge can indicate an in-tank module fault after the fuse, relay, power supply, ground, wiring, and fuel lines have been tested. This E2443M replacement module is intended for specified 2005–2006 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator models with the 5.4L V8 gasoline engine. Confirm the model, year, engine, OE number, white rectangular four-terminal connector, 3/8-inch quick-connect outlet, flange, module height, and float-arm geometry before ordering.

Fuel Pump Module Fitment for Expedition and Navigator

Verified coverage includes selected 2005–2006 Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator 5.4L gasoline configurations. A module with a different electrical connector, outlet, tank-pressure-sensor arrangement, flange, or sender calibration is not interchangeable solely because the vehicle name and year match.

Fitment Verification

  • Confirm a 2005–2006 Expedition or Navigator with the 5.4L V8 gasoline engine.
  • Match E2443M, 5L1Z-9H307-AA, 6L1Z-9H307-A, FG0877, P76133M, or SP2101M.
  • Compare the white rectangular male connector with four blade terminals.
  • Verify the single 3/8-inch quick-connect outlet, flange, reservoir, module height, and float arm.

Module Functions and Included Components

  • Electric in-tank pump supplies fuel to the engine-side delivery system.
  • Fuel-level sender, float arm, reservoir, and inlet strainer support pickup and gauge reporting.
  • A tank gasket is included in the verified configuration.
  • The verified configuration is listed without a tank-pressure sensor, lock ring, wire harness, or integrated pressure regulator.

Symptoms and Diagnostic Checks

Measure fuel pressure before replacing the module. Test voltage and ground under load, inspect the fuse and relay, and check the connector, outlet, sender circuit, and separate tank-pressure components. A restricted line, damaged wiring, tank contamination, sender fault, or engine-management issue can create similar symptoms.

Installation Notes

Relieve fuel-system pressure and disconnect the battery before opening the tank. Clean the tank and sealing surface, install the supplied compatible gasket, obtain the correct lock ring or service hardware when required, and keep the float arm clear. Prime the system, inspect the flange and outlet for leaks, measure fuel pressure, and confirm normal gauge operation.

My last cheapo pump lasted five years

Good price, works well so far. When installing a new tank..it is the right time to install a new pump and sending unit.

Quieter than oem

I can barely hear it turn on. It would have to be 3 o'clock in the morning to hear it clearly but not during the day. 400 miles in and so far so good. Plenty of pics attached. Oem in pic

1000 Mile update: when filling tank will say full until tank is 5/8-3/4. There's no in between. No "real" issue there

Worked great on my 2008 Gmc sierra 5.3L engine. Different by design but works and fit nice.

Pump it up

Seems like a good replacement. The wiring instructions are incorrect and caused it to not turn on. After looking up the proper diagram on line it came right on.

Same as your local auto parts dealer.

I paid about a third of what they wanted from the local supply house. Same pump. Going on my 3rd week and it's performing great. Save yourself some cash and buy it.
