Extended cranking, low measured fuel pressure, hesitation under load, intermittent stalling, or an inaccurate fuel gauge can indicate an in-tank module fault after the fuse, relay, power supply, ground, wiring, and fuel lines have been tested. This E3369M replacement module is intended for specified 1999–2002 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird base models with the 3.8L V6 and matching plastic fuel tank. It is not a V8 module. Confirm the year, engine, tank material, OE number, connector, fuel ports, flange, module height, pressure-regulator arrangement, and float-arm geometry before ordering.

Fuel Pump Module Fitment for 3.8L Camaro and Firebird

Verified coverage is limited to selected fourth-generation Camaro and Firebird 3.8L V6 plastic-tank applications. Catalogs can differ on exact year and interchange coverage, so the OE number and physical module must be matched. V8 models, metal-tank configurations, or assemblies with different connectors, outlets, or regulator layouts require another part.

Fitment Verification

  • Confirm a selected 1999–2002 Camaro or Firebird base model with the 3.8L V6.
  • Verify the matching plastic fuel tank and exclude V8 applications.
  • Match E3369M, MU1731, FG0102, P74920M, SP3369M, 402P3369M, F2370A, or 150189.
  • Compare the connector, fuel ports, flange, reservoir, regulator arrangement, module height, and float arm.

Module Functions and Service Components

  • Electric in-tank pump supplies fuel to the engine-side delivery system.
  • Fuel-level sender and float arm report tank level to the instrument cluster.
  • A tank seal and wiring-harness service kit are included in the verified catalog configuration.
  • Package contents should be confirmed before installation because interchange listings can vary.

Symptoms and Diagnostic Checks

Measure fuel pressure and verify that it holds after shutdown before replacing the module. Test voltage and ground under load, inspect the fuse and relay, and check the wiring, fuel lines, sender circuit, and regulator/check-valve behavior. A V8 or tank-material mismatch, restricted filter or line, injector leak, damaged wiring, tank contamination, or engine-management fault can create similar symptoms.

Installation Notes

Relieve fuel-system pressure, disconnect the battery, and support the plastic tank safely. Clean the tank and sealing surface, install the correct new seal, complete any approved harness service, and keep the float arm clear. Prime the system, inspect the flange and lines for leaks, measure running and residual pressure, and confirm normal gauge operation.

My last cheapo pump lasted five years

Good price, works well so far. When installing a new tank..it is the right time to install a new pump and sending unit.

Quieter than oem

I can barely hear it turn on. It would have to be 3 o'clock in the morning to hear it clearly but not during the day. 400 miles in and so far so good. Plenty of pics attached. Oem in pic

1000 Mile update: when filling tank will say full until tank is 5/8-3/4. There's no in between. No "real" issue there

Pump it up

Seems like a good replacement. The wiring instructions are incorrect and caused it to not turn on. After looking up the proper diagram on line it came right on.

Same as your local auto parts dealer.

I paid about a third of what they wanted from the local supply house. Same pump. Going on my 3rd week and it's performing great. Save yourself some cash and buy it.
