Mud Flaps Installation

Installed on 2014 Silverado... fit well... installed with wheels on... rears were quite difficult because of no room with wheel on... I decided to continue because I was too lazy to remove rear wheels... I did it , but would recommend removing rear wheels... They look great... but better yet work well and is saving my truck from body damage due to heavy road spray in salty winter conditions or dirt roads . Would recommend these.

Installatio? No drilling. However I did get out of breath and needs lots of pushing and squeezing to get screws to enter hole. Job done, but recommend having a Cold Brew Coffee on standby before beginning.

Quality Same quality as the OEM plastic fenders covers on GM. 5 stars

For rain, mud, snow, sleet on roads I can not wait to try. These will be wonderful or Mexico roads.

My concern? They are stiff and I not sure they are recommended for aggressive OFF ROAD. If I drive off a curb or such, I think the truck will drop and these at will break off.

For my needs today, I give 5 star except it wore me out doing it alone. Extra hands would have help. Removing rear tires would have made easier on rear, but I too lazy and rather gripe and afterward go to my favorite coffee house.

If they were a little more flexible my concern of breaking would not be real. However if not stiff , they may not do much for mud and my muddy Mexico roads I drive. These just right for my needs. No 50 lbs of mud and dirt on side of truck.
